About Khalida Sae
Originally from Japan where she is currently based, Khalida Sae Kani has lived in the UK, Indonesia, East Timor, Vietnam and Nepal in the last two decades, and continues to move through the world sharing, teaching, and being in service. She travels regularly to teach Tension & Trauma Release Exercises® for individuals, non-profits, and corporates.
Her dream as a young girl was doing humanitarian work and with over a decade doing what she loves, she has expanded the scope by offering TRE® to both her colleagues in the field and those they support, to cope with crisis and recover from it, and beyond. Khalida is teaching people tools to move forward with deeper resilience, compassion and intimacy. For her it is about helping people be empowered and supporting people be connected with their vulnerability to bring out their inner strengths, self-compassion and love. She combines different modalities and skills to support people's potential in living their lives to the fullest.
Khalida is a TRE® Global Certification Trainer and Certified Integral Coach. She also studied meditation, energy work and metaphysics, which complement recovery from trauma and personal development. She offers individual, couple, group, and corporate TRE® sessions and various meditation retreats, workshops in TRE®, including Global Certification Training. She combines different modalities and skills to support people's potential in living their lives to the fullest. Her TRE® sessions reflect her humanitarian spirit, inner peace, and joy and her intention of facilitating people's return to wholeness. Khalida is regularly teaching OSHO Active meditations in Yamanakako.
